2. Using Our Website
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site if these Terms are breached.


3. Handmade Ceramics – Product Information
All items sold on this Site are handmade ceramics.

Please note:

  • Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in colour, size, shape, or finish

  • Small imperfections are a natural result of the handmade process and are not considered faults

  • Product photos are representative only and colours may vary depending on your screen

We make every effort to describe products accurately.
All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Prices are inclusive of VAT only if applicable. As a sole trader, we are not VAT registered unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to situations where:

  • The item is no longer available

  • There is a pricing or listing error

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

6. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace and its supported payment providers. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

8. International Orders
If you order from outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.

9. Consumer Rights & Returns (UK Customers)
If you are a UK consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9.1 Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within the cancellation period.

9.2 Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items.

9.3 Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return), using the original payment method.

10. Damaged Items in Transit
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

This allows us to make a claim with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.

11. Faulty Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If an item is faulty, please contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

12. Exclusions from Returns
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised ceramics

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

13. Care Instructions
Ceramic items should be handled and cared for according to the care instructions provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care guidelines.

14. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without prior written permission.

15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

16. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
